餐厅外观似独立温室花房，是梳邦帝国购物中心外一座以工业风格设计为主的玻璃建筑。室内气氛简约时尚，自然光透着玻璃在横线铁条装置窗户大把大把落下，随意休闲的用餐环境适合相约朋友开启新一天，或共度过周末的慢活时光。我们坐在角落的沙发位子，长桌与细叶绿物，方形枕头的布质与纹理让人爱不释手，大大小小的装饰物件参合在一块，就像等着优雅开花的一场梦。多希望槟城也有类似的餐厅和提供相同质量多元化的料理，对下次齐聚在这儿用餐充满了期待。

Jibby & Co is located at Empire Subang shopping mall where you can notice it easily. It is a unique architecture where it is covered by glass. It’s just look like a huge green house in town. The indoor design is simple and chic where you can enjoy the natural sunlight through the glass. This is what we need once in a while where we can enjoy the sunlight and having a great time with our friends. We had chosen to sit at one of the corner with long wooden table and sofa. The sofa with all the pillows makes it so comfy and we like the textile so much. We really hope that Penang will have this kind of restaurant where you can enjoy both the environment and food. This just simply makes us looking forward for our next visit for their lunch and dinner.

Casablanca Eggs，半生熟太阳蛋搭配香浓的意大利番茄酱汁和自制鸡肉香肠，北非摩洛哥香料和辣椒粉作为调味，提升了料理的口感。服务员把早餐端上桌，热烘出炉平底锅和面包，分量有些大，以为吃了会很撑，但是沾着面包入口，蛋黄的清香与酸甜辣味道调和得很开胃，而且香肠的肉质嫩滑，让人惊喜。

Chic Brekie，摆盘精致优雅，荷兰酱撒上花瓣点缀，视觉上的饱满。水波蛋的熟度拿捏刚好，切开便露出微黄浓稠的蛋汁，缓缓流下，搭上土豆煎饼，烟熏三文鱼和鱼子，美味入口。Baba Like That，为了这趣味名字而点的一道料理，摆盘也和Chic Breakie一样讲究细腻，把相机的角度从上往下拍，食材的颜色协调丰富，料理像一幅藏有许多巧思的艺术作品。

Casablanca Eggs, sunny side up eggs soak in rich Italian tomato sauce and added some sliced homemade chicken sausage. With some sprinkle of morocco spices and chili powder, it’s just amplified the taste better. When the waiter served it to me, I was a little bit worried that I could not finish it because of the big portion. But who knows, I just finish it without noticing it. The combination of toasted bread, egg and tomato sauce is way too perfect. These really surprise me how good it’s taste.

Chic Brekie, a very well plated dishes where the poach egg was put on top of a hash brown covered with hollandaise sauce and edible fresh flowers on top. The smoke salmon and fish row give some smokiness and saltiness to the entire dishes. Baba Like That, we ordered it because of the name of the dishes. It is a sunny side up eggs with potato and corn beef, cherry tomato confit, crispy onion and sweet chili lehneh served with Turkish bread. This look is a piece of art.
