盛大的十二月，跨入新年前总得找个时间陪伴家人朋友温馨共度一餐。生活太忙太累，大家各散东西，圣诞日就该好好联系情谊，分享彼此的近况，当然也趁机犒赏自己这一年的付出与努力，心满意足痛快的吃上一顿美味。诺富特吉隆坡市中心酒店即将在来临的圣诞和跨年推出丰盛的自助下午茶点和晚餐，感谢酒店的诚意邀请，我们在这一路上感受到了吉隆坡柏威年广场与星光大道的浓厚热闹气氛，也品尝了圣诞大餐的惊喜滋味。

December is a month of celebration where we celebrate Christmas Eve and New Year together. When come to December, the most difficult question is where to celebrate with our friends and family. As we getting more and more busy and working apart from each other, festive season is the only time we can sit together and catch up. We also take this opportunity to reward our self on what we had done in this year.

Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Center had come out with a Christmas and New Year eve afternoon tea and dinner buffet during this month. Special thanks to Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre for inviting us for their Christmas Eve buffet dinner review. We really feel the mood of celebration along the way to Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre especially when we walk on Bukit Bintang and Pavillion shopping mall.

Le Pont Boulangerie et Café 位于吉隆坡旧巴生路的商业地带，与东方人文艺术馆同排。外观以黑白色为基调，欧式风格的落地玻璃门面，明亮又简约。底楼为面包和外带区，一楼二楼为用餐区，提供法式料理和精品咖啡。步入餐厅，空气中弥漫着浓郁的面包香，各式样的面包糕点整齐排列，满目琳琅。左侧有片宽敞的空间让顾客歇息片刻，橘褐色的木制楼梯把上下楼切割成两个独特却又相容的空间，带来视觉通透和精神上的美感。

Le Pont Boulangerie et Café is located at Bedford Business Park around old klang road. It is also same row with Oriental Art & Cultural Association. The exterior design is mainly black and white in colour. The European style glass door and window make it look bright and simple. The ground floor is their bakery area while second and third floor is their dining area where they served French cuisine and coffee. 

Once we step into their shop, the air is diffused with rich aroma of bread. There are all kinds of bread and patisseries waiting for you to have it. The left side is a waiting area where customer can take a break for a moment while waiting for their order. The wooden staircase located at the center makes a perfect divider for very different and unique yet diffusible area into one. It is simply beautiful.

餐厅外观似独立温室花房，是梳邦帝国购物中心外一座以工业风格设计为主的玻璃建筑。室内气氛简约时尚，自然光透着玻璃在横线铁条装置窗户大把大把落下，随意休闲的用餐环境适合相约朋友开启新一天，或共度过周末的慢活时光。我们坐在角落的沙发位子，长桌与细叶绿物，方形枕头的布质与纹理让人爱不释手，大大小小的装饰物件参合在一块，就像等着优雅开花的一场梦。多希望槟城也有类似的餐厅和提供相同质量多元化的料理，对下次齐聚在这儿用餐充满了期待。

Jibby & Co is located at Empire Subang shopping mall where you can notice it easily. It is a unique architecture where it is covered by glass. It’s just look like a huge green house in town. The indoor design is simple and chic where you can enjoy the natural sunlight through the glass. This is what we need once in a while where we can enjoy the sunlight and having a great time with our friends. We had chosen to sit at one of the corner with long wooden table and sofa. The sofa with all the pillows makes it so comfy and we like the textile so much. We really hope that Penang will have this kind of restaurant where you can enjoy both the environment and food.  This just simply makes us looking forward for our next visit for their lunch and dinner.

Aether Cafe座落在Tuanku Bainun儿童创意社区，隐秘的地点少了市场咖啡馆的商业化氛围，四周环境自然平和，有水池有各式各样的植物，还有创造性的建筑装置设计。步入咖啡馆便感受到浓浓的田园农村气息，质朴的木藤元素和大地色彩与绿物摆设相互衬托，一切是那么朴实亲切，那么友好温柔。餐点一目了然的简单，多以健康的蔬果类轻食为主，少有肉类和煎炸料理，提倡健康的饮食习惯。

在喧哗的都市里生活，常常烦恼生活的琐事，把自己搞得急躁愤怒，压抑的情绪总是找不到适当的出口宣泄，难得假日松闲来到这里，激发了身心灵对自然的向往。一直提醒自己，要学会沉淀，在拥抱自然中得到平静与宽容，坦然面对方能享受人生。只能说，Aether Cafe 是吉隆坡钢骨铁泥城市的一株绿物，清新闲逸，发现它的喜悦就像无意间看见墙角边的一棵植物，让人愿意停下脚步感受这即将开花的生命力。坐在安静小区靠窗的位子，午后阳光洒落一地，我们享受Cold Brew和Hand Brew，这样的闲谈逸致是岁月里久久不散退的余香。

 Aether Cafe: Coffee x Friend 

Aether Café is located at a somewhat secluded location at Tuanku Bainun Children Creative Learning Centre (Pusat Kreatif Kanak-kanak Tuanku Bainun) . It is surrounded with greenery, pool and some artsy design architecture. These just give you a very peaceful feeling. Once you stepped into the café, you can feel a very country vibes. The earth tone with a simple wooden cane element is so harmony with a little touch of green plant in it.

Aether Café promoting healthy eating habits which is what we need nowadays. The menu is quite simple where you no need to crack your head to think what to order, which is very good for us. More vegetable and less meat, this is what we need. It is good for your body and also our mother earth. You also enjoy the cold brew and hand brew that they provided which is very fragrant.

再过一个星期就是圣诞节，我没什么特别的圣诞庆祝计划。在我印象中，除了几次与友人聚餐交换礼物，二十多年来我的圣诞节过得挺平凡无味的。家人亲友大多不是基督徒，通常都只是到外头图个圣诞节气氛，没有固定的庆祝方式。难得这一次有机会参与Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre 酒店举办的圣诞节感恩夜，还邀请在大马缅甸难民小孩关爱团体My Myanmar Refugee Children - United Learning Centre一起参与圣诞晚宴，让我过了非一般的感恩节日。

Christmas is coming in just 1 week and yet I do not have any plan for this year Christmas celebration. For me, Christmas celebration is just gathering with a bunch of friends and have gifts exchanged. Since I’m not a Christian, I do not have any specific way of celebration. It’s just going out there and enjoys the atmosphere that full of Christmas feel. I’m so happy that I had been invited by Novotel Kuala LumpurCity Centre to attend a Christmas appreciation event. They also invite children from My Myanmar Refugee Children - United Learning Centre along to join the dinner. This is such meaningful and memorable night in my life.

在吉隆坡的日子，虽是游荡虽是悠闲，但在人潮中穿梭来往也是一种无名的忙忙碌碌，若没细细体验地方风情，必定会错过了解这城市的美妙。在这里的数日，你无法忽视马路车辆拥挤，某些地方的卫生清洁状况，外地劳工和游客各肤色人群的居留的现象，但你会把它撇到一旁，纯粹想发掘和感受城市的魄力，比如说：在周末偷个懒睡到日上三竿，然后吃上一些美味的食物。

Still remember the time I was at Kuala Lumpur, I was quite free and I have my own time to wandering around the city. If you do not slow down your step and look at what happening around you, I'm sure that you had missed a lot of the chances to understand this wonderful city. At KL, you can ignore the busy traffic, the hygienic problem at some places and the phenomena of foreign worker that slowly become our residences. But you will put all this things aside and explore and experience this city. For example, wake up late at the weekend and time find a good restaurant or cafe to have your brunch.

邻国的泰国餐在大马的风行程度，可以说是各国料理中一家大小皆宜，且受欢迎程度极高的菜色，尤其是酸辣开胃的冬阴功汤（Tomyam），大马人的最爱啊。此行的目的并不是到 The Garden, Midvalley 购物，临时改变想法转换购物地点，以餐馆环境优美和口味为标准选择了Absolute Thai Garden解决当天的午餐。

Thai food!!! Tell us who doesn't like thai food. Thai cuisine has been so popular among Malaysian for decades especially Tom Yam soup!!! Which is our favorite of all time. The purpose of visit The Garden, Midvalley was not shopping. Our purpose is to find a restaurant that have nice environment and delicious food, and here comes Absolute Thai Garden!!!

英国维多利亚时代的下午茶让人感觉奢靡高级，到了今天却演变成人们的一种休闲习惯。一个人喝下午茶，无非是为了暂时逃离繁杂的生活，而几个好友共分享下午茶，那必定是不顾任何形象地闲谈彼此。对于我，这就是享用下午茶的意义。

English high tea is so popular during Victorian era. High Tea is often a misnomer. Most people refer to afternoon tea as high tea because they think it sounds regal and lofty, when in all actuality, high tea, or "meat tea" is dinner. In England, the traditional time for tea was four or five o'clock and no one stayed after seven o'clock. Most tea rooms today serve tea from three to five o'clock. But nowadays, English high tea becomes a kind of lifestyle in our life.

If one going to high tea, he or she must be fed up with the hectic life and need so relaxing place to get rid of all those worries. If a group of friend who going for high tea, their purpose sure will be gossiping about other. This are what comes to Kim’s mind when it comes to high tea.

大排场龙的高人气汉堡（My Burger Lab） 傍晚五点开门营业，世刚与友人提早一刻钟守候门前。他向我描述，当铁闸门拉开，四面八方的人群蜂拥而上，原本冷清的门口堆满了人潮。前线的的人直奔柜台，而坐在车上等候的人也立即下车进入店内，似乎每个人事前已被委派不同的任务，就等那时辰一到的提示声响起：噼里啪啦噼里啪啦，你负责霸占位子、我负责点餐拿号码牌、他负责往杯子里填满汽水。

My Burger Lab… I believe that most of you had heard about it and even try it for thousands of times already. They start their business at 5pm, but SG and his friend had been waiting there since 4pm. SG says that, once their shutter door are open, people from all around the place start moving toward their shop. In just a second, their shop are full will people that can’t wait to eat their burger. You also can see a phenomena there when you visit their shop, that is everyone have to pre-plan mission once they enter their shop. Some will queue up at the counter to make order; some will grab a place and etc. It is quite fun to see it.
