我们沿着峇都丁宜山路蜿蜒而上，露天巴士行驶缓慢，岛屿的海景在树木间若隐若现。空阔地段，放眼望去是开阔的海平线、蓝天白云、渐层的海，而围绕着我们的是明媚阳光，山间风景，还有那欢畅放松的心情与欢笑，原来人在自然中是可以如此轻易的心旷神怡。风拂过脸颊的温暖，我细细看一片居住了二十多年的海，平静宽阔，仿佛享受生活就像不必在乎一趟旅程的目的地，而是体验将沿途风光尽收眼帘的美好。

The journey begins where we hop on an open-air bus. Along the direction to Batu Ferringhi, the view of island and sea was looming among the leaves. Blue sky and the gradient of the sea water can be seen clearly. Feel the wind blowing through the cheek and have a look to the place that you had been stay for the past 20 years. To enjoy life seems as easy as starting a journey without caring of the destiny and most of the time you will experience the most unexpected things out of your imagination.

在繁忙的吉隆坡，双层露天观光巴士是旅人最佳选择交通。路线连接了吉隆坡的道地文化区和现代城市，让旅人在不同的站点感受一座都市的发展和成型。如今，这种游走旅行方式发展到了槟岛。

槟城露天观光巴士可从一个站点出发和结束旅程，总售票处是合您广场前的Gurney Drive与乔治市的Chowrasta Market。巴士共分为两条路线——沿海地带（Beach Route）与城市街道（City Route），当中巴士停驶33个站点，乘客可游览大约60个槟城景点。等候一趟巴士的时间大约20至30分钟，若有需要可向司机的助手索取观光手册（Tour Guide Book）以便了解站点的景点住宿，逛街用餐详情。

In KL city, double decker open-air tour bus is for the tourist attraction. The route link between Kuala Lumpur cultural district and the modern city where tourist can see the development and molding of the city. Now, this kind of public transport was in Penang too!!!

At Penang, you can begin and end your journey at the same point. The main ticketing office is at Gurney Drive or Chowrasta Market, Georgetown. There was choices of 2 routes, which is Beach route and also City route where the bus will stop at 33 station where tourist can enjoy up to 60 Penang's attractions. You just need to wait around 20 to 30 minutes and the bus will arrive and ready to pick you up. Tour guide book is also available on the bus where you can get it with the bus driver so that you can understand Penang more.

回程时，我们齐坐在露天玻璃前一排，天气有了灰暗的变化，乌云笼罩，把城市压得有些喘不过气，小雨点落下，接着倾盆倾盆倒下，露天位子前的大玻璃镜子像个防护罩隔离了我们与大雨。巴士下山的速度比上山快，雨滴打在玻璃的声音挺刺激的。我们只期望不要遇上红灯，若巴士一停下，我们必定全身湿透。但是，生活并不会像我们所预期的那样发生，包括这一场把我们淋湿的大雨，即使狼狈可怜楚楚，都不打紧。

到最后，我们都宽容的接受。既然无法避免，那就享受吧。

In the journey back to Gurney drive, the weather suddenly turned from sunny day to gloomy day. As expected, the rain comes just a minutes away where it become cats and dogs as the journey go on. Luckily we sit in front of wind shield which somehow protect us from the rain as the bus driving down the hill. But, once the bus stop for red light, the nightmares begin. The rain drops directly on us and in a while all of us was soaking wet. Life is full of unexpectation, no one knows what will happen in the next second. So, take a break and enjoy it.

难得的五人出行组合

我们的其中一个停站是Rasa Sayang Resort，嘴馋想到吃牛角甜甜圈，歇息先聊，但是蛋糕师告诉我们当天没有制作牛角甜甜圈，我们唯有点些芝士蛋糕茶点度过午后时光。原本计划去一趟海边拍照，然后回到市区转搭另一辆露天观光巴士游览市区的街道，间中停站游览许久不曾拜访的蛇庙。可乌云密布的天气打乱计划，我们在回程使淋湿得狼狈，往室内找座位时，水珠从衣衫头发落下，冷气无孔不入的在室内躁动，我们像刚从水里打捞起来的发抖水鬼。

We hop off to Rasa Sayang Resort to enjoy their Cronut as our afternoon tea. Seem like we was ran out of luck because their pastry chef told us that they did not make it that day. So, we order some other dessert and continue enjoy our afternoon tea since our plan was ruined by the rain.

到了合您广场对街，巴士停下，又要冒着大雨去找避雨处。步入广场时，走道像极了伸展台，我们拖着水滴自信又尴尬地走向厕所方向，招来太多眼光，只能镇定大步的逃离。快速清理风干头发，便买了套新服装换上，旧衣服还可拧出一把水来，可想而知，在试衣间与服务员的尴尬相对。接着，我们各分东西，女孩们逛街去，我弟约了朋友喝杯咖啡，我坐下来点了杯热茶，边打盹边取暖边度日。

When we reach gurney, we ran into Gurney Plaza to buy some cloths to change. We was soaking wet and you can see the water dripping off our cloths. It was so embarrassing because everyone was looking at you with a weird expression.

露天双层巴士给外来人（甚至本地人）有了从新认识槟岛的机会，无论是逛街晚餐，参观博物馆画廊，在海边公园野餐，看电影出席表演节目，观看古迹体验槟岛人文气息，都在这一条一条往返路线中。若下次有朋友前来，想体验不一样的旅行方式，我会建议他们购买双层巴士车票，从缓慢舒适的街道慢行中看槟城。
