朋友见面经常提起一个问题，要求推荐几个适合聚会的地点，有时左思右想，最终还是不知该往何处。通常我会说，去我的部落格看看是否有适合的地方，美好的聚会和回忆或故事，已经尝试用文字照片分享，至于比较不满意的地方其实我们也没有费心思去记录成文。每个地方有优有缺，有让人赞叹也能让人失望，亲身体验，亲身感受永远比部落的言语表达更深刻。

下午三时，外头阳光曝晒，若要找个带有空调舒适的空间小聚，推荐Basil Le Bistrot，老式建筑与法式菜单微妙融合，高格调的优雅与舒适，提供全日早餐，午晚餐和面包咖啡茶点。我们是为了Basil Le Bistrot在面子书宣传的双人下午茶而来，不过却被告知该下午茶配套在周末只供应五套（周日供应三套），且已被别的顾客预定，必须提前预定才能享用。小小的失望，便点了其他摆放在餐厅柜子里的蛋糕甜点，来满足下午需要甜食冷饮的欲望，顺便扫走明日周一开工的蓝色忧郁。

I frequently get a question from my friend where they want me to suggest a few places that they can have a small gathering. But most of the times I can’t come out with an answer after continuously thinking about it. Then the official answer that my friend will get is go n search from my blog. The reason I suggest them is because I will try to use words and photos to record down the beautiful memories and also stories that I had together with my friends.  This is the most precious things that I want to remember it as it is part of my life. Every place has its own selling point that you may like it or hate it. We will leave it for you to judge yourself.

If you finding a café or restaurant that you can spend your afternoon, Basil Le Bistrot is highly recommended. It is a combination of old architecture with authentic French cuisine. They provided all day breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea. The reason we pay a visit to Basil Le Bistrot is because of the afternoon tea set that they promote at their facebook page. Unforutunately, we do not have the opportunity to try it because we do not reserve it. Their afternoon tea set is limited in quantity where they only prepare 5 sets during weekend. But don’t worry, you still can taste the dessert in the afternoon set because they still make it in normal size where the afternoon set will have to mini version of the dessert. So,  we order a few pieces of dessert and cold beverage and enjoy our lovely Sunday before Monday blue is knocking the door.

Aether Cafe座落在Tuanku Bainun儿童创意社区，隐秘的地点少了市场咖啡馆的商业化氛围，四周环境自然平和，有水池有各式各样的植物，还有创造性的建筑装置设计。步入咖啡馆便感受到浓浓的田园农村气息，质朴的木藤元素和大地色彩与绿物摆设相互衬托，一切是那么朴实亲切，那么友好温柔。餐点一目了然的简单，多以健康的蔬果类轻食为主，少有肉类和煎炸料理，提倡健康的饮食习惯。

在喧哗的都市里生活，常常烦恼生活的琐事，把自己搞得急躁愤怒，压抑的情绪总是找不到适当的出口宣泄，难得假日松闲来到这里，激发了身心灵对自然的向往。一直提醒自己，要学会沉淀，在拥抱自然中得到平静与宽容，坦然面对方能享受人生。只能说，Aether Cafe 是吉隆坡钢骨铁泥城市的一株绿物，清新闲逸，发现它的喜悦就像无意间看见墙角边的一棵植物，让人愿意停下脚步感受这即将开花的生命力。坐在安静小区靠窗的位子，午后阳光洒落一地，我们享受Cold Brew和Hand Brew，这样的闲谈逸致是岁月里久久不散退的余香。

 Aether Cafe: Coffee x Friend 

Aether Café is located at a somewhat secluded location at Tuanku Bainun Children Creative Learning Centre (Pusat Kreatif Kanak-kanak Tuanku Bainun) . It is surrounded with greenery, pool and some artsy design architecture. These just give you a very peaceful feeling. Once you stepped into the café, you can feel a very country vibes. The earth tone with a simple wooden cane element is so harmony with a little touch of green plant in it.

Aether Café promoting healthy eating habits which is what we need nowadays. The menu is quite simple where you no need to crack your head to think what to order, which is very good for us. More vegetable and less meat, this is what we need. It is good for your body and also our mother earth. You also enjoy the cold brew and hand brew that they provided which is very fragrant.

胡志明故居是旅途中一道很美的的风景，黄色的法式建筑豪华气派。不过，胡志明并没有住在总督府里，在参观的途中沿着花园的两旁的芒果树绿荫走道前进，便会在池畔边看见一间朴素的两层全木制高脚屋，那时胡志明落脚工作生活的地方，也恰恰是他在经历时代的风雨转变后，高雅平凡岁月生活的见证。如今，总督府不对外开放，只用来接待政府官员，但是旅行者可参观他生活与工作的高脚屋房舍，里面摆放他生前使用的一些物品。这一天，真切地了解作为一位领导人的谦卑与简朴，其无私公正的力量如何赢得人民的敬重与爱戴。

As you know, Hanoi is also know as "Paris of Asia". I totally agree about it because of all the buildings and the greenery. Here have lot of French colonial-era building where you will be very impressive looking at it. Here also have lots of trees and lakes that make it even harmony. It simply give you a very relax vibes. Hanoi is definitely a good city to stay or a summer getaway places.

The little down sides are when you travel from a destination to another destination, you will see their local life with your own eye. As a country become more developed, their citizen could not afford to buy a house at city and force to stay at rural area. Its feel very sad when you saw a kinder garden student walk to school by their own in the middle of paddy field. This makes me even more appreciate the life I'm having now.

想在槟城乔治市古迹区找间高雅舒适的餐厅并不容易，难得我们无意间发现这个好地点，便决定和亲爱的丽莉在此享用一顿迟来的生日晚餐。餐厅的双层白色建筑外观低调朴素，两侧落地玻璃旁的杜鹃开得烂漫娇媚，引人注目，这几丛象征着思念的花使整个空间变得开朗。室内风格现代典雅而不喧哗，红砖墙搭上几幅有关酒精的图像设计，人们可以在下楼品尝佳肴美酒用餐，或在楼上的沙发和一群好友饮酒小聚。

我喜欢餐厅一切从简的雅致，无论是刀具酒杯，还是料理的视觉与味觉呈现，就连亲爱和善的服务，都透露出一种简约却又不失品味的生活态度。开胃的蟹肉浓汤是一道我们推荐的必尝料理，蟹肉鲜甜，汤汁饱满丰富，沾着香脆的三文治入口别有一般滋味。另一道印象深刻的主菜是三文鱼料理，熟度适中，肉质细嫩爽滑，入口即化真心难以抗拒，惊喜的还有厨师处理配料土豆的心思。最后想说，这的确是一次难忘的生日用餐，我们更是在酒精的作用下微醺，特别轻松惬意无拘束的谈话，不舍离去，期盼下次能在流连在如此温和自在的夜晚时光。

It's not easy to find an elegant yet comfy restaurant at Georgetown UNESCO heritage side. But we manage to find Georgetown Wine where you always pass by but not realize its existence. Therefore, we decide to bring Lily there and have a belated birthday celebration. Georgetown wine is a double story restaurant that basically white in colour. The ceilings windows at the restaurant make it look sophisticated and extra spacious. Rhododendron blossom give a summer kick to it. It is just perfect. If you just came for a bottle of glass of wine with couple of friends, you can go to their second floor where it is specially designed for it.

I personally like a restaurant with just simple and clean design. From cutlery to wine glass, the original taste of each of the ingredient, friendly services which make it feel sophisticated. We choose crab bisque as our appetizer which we recommend the most. You can taste the freshness of the crab and feel like you are swimming in an ocean. It is also a perfect match that you dip the toasted bread with cheese in it. Another dishes that impress us a lot is their main course, pan seared salmon. The salmon was perfectly cooked where the skin is crispy and the flesh is just perfectly cooked. Green pea puree and mustard potato just simply elevated the taste of salmon. You can taste the effort that the chef put in each of the dishes. This is one of the unforgettable birthday celebrations for all of us. We really look forward for our next visit.
