A Delightful Opening Stay | 马六甲诺富特酒店 Novotel Melaka

诺富特酒店是雅高集团名下的知名酒店品牌，属于高品质的四星商务型酒店，马来西亚的第一间诺富特酒店在繁忙热闹的吉隆坡市中心。如今，第二间诺富特酒店正式入驻古城马六甲，联合国科教文组织认定的世界文化遗产之一。我们很荣幸被邀请出席马六甲诺富特的开张仪式，提前入住体验酒店客房，共同分享见证这份喜悦与激动。

Congratulation to Novotel Melaka. Novotel Melaka had marked 20th Sept 2015 in the history where they open its door in the UNESCO world heritage city. It is also the second Novotel in Malaysia under the French group, Accor. Novotel Melaka is located in the heart of the city center where all the major tourist attractions and shopping malls are between walking distance.

马六甲是一个富有历史与文化蕴涵的古城，但是诺富特酒店外观以玻璃钢铁冷色系建筑材料为主，时尚简约，即使在这座散发浓浓老城气息的城市中心点，也不显突兀，反而氛围融洽。我们登记入住马六甲诺富特酒店，服务员态度友好亲切，一杯清凉的饮料消解了车程的劳累。酒店室内的光线柔和，优雅的灰色系大理石风格装置豪华舒适，在大厅处理登记手续时便迫不及待拿起相机拍摄，崭新的每个角落都很上镜吸引眼球。

As you know, Melaka is a city full with historical and cultural background. We never feel tired of visiting Melaka because there are so many activities to do in this beautiful city. Once we reach Novotel Melaka, we were greeting by their friendly and helpful staff. We immediately fall in love with the design of the hotel where it is so chic and clean. They use different shades of grey as their main palette combine with some wood element and a little pop of color. Marble stone was also one of the elements that make the entire hotel looks clean, chic and timeless. Overall, what I can say is the design is on point and they really work hard on it. Bravo!

Welcome drinks were served while we were doing check in. it is such a thoughtful thoughts that we can enjoy a cup of cold tropical punch after a long drive. It is so refreshing and boost up our energy for the rest of the day. We also had been informed by their marketing communications manager that we were one out of the 100 guests that had been invited to have a stay and attend their opening before the room could be sold to public. It was such a great honor.

隔天早上，我们被邀请出席马六甲诺富特酒店的开张仪式。左手敲锣右手鼓，黄狮子金龙奔腾起舞，活泼的表情惟妙惟肖，出神入化的飞腾翻滚，咚咚咚锵一场热闹的开幕庆典，象征着吉祥如意。两个小时的开幕仪式在大家的欢呼与掌声下圆满结束。结束仪式后，诺富特准备了早餐招待，我特别喜欢餐厅现场表演马来西亚特色饮品——印度拉茶，用马来西亚的独特风味开启旅途的新一天。

Early in the morning, we had been invited to attend their soft launch ceremony. Together with over 100 guests, we witnessed the opening of Novotel Melaka. We enjoy the performance of 2 yellow lions and 1 golden dragon where they blessed the hotel before any room could be sold to the public. The entire soft opening ceremony took about 2 hours. After the blessings, we were then invited to their Novotel’s All-Day Dining, The Square for a sumptuous brunch. We really enjoy the brunch served and we also eat all the food served. They also served Teh Tarik where they made it freshly to you. This is what I like the most, a cup of Teh Tarik to kick off a good start of the day. We would like to say congratulation again to Novotel Melaka, your hard works for setting up this hotel really impress us. Well done.
