步入餐厅，几盏水晶灯点缀的木制天花板高挑，宽敞的空间明亮洁净。地面瓷砖黑白分明高调，阳光穿透射入，和方格玻璃落地窗相互辉映，带来某种视觉上的高雅情调。窝心的是餐厅选择了柔和色调的木制桌椅作为调和，整体氛围沉稳大方，不失英殖民时代的奢华风雅。走到天台，天气晴朗，白云飘飘，看见大树也看见街道繁华，思绪随着风吹飞翔远一些，那片海的味道是故乡的记忆。

When you step into The Chamber Restaurant, the entire space will grab your attention immediately. The chandelier hangs high up on the wooden ceiling and also it is quite spacious and bright. It is also some kind matching between the black and white floor tiles and the window that is square in size. It's create a very elegant place when the sunlight shine through the window with the smarts choice of using wooden tables and chairs makes it even harmony. It's also have some hint of English colonial era style in it. We just simply love this place. When you walk to their balcony, the huge trees along the busy road is welcoming you. The sea breeze let us brings out lots of good old time memories.

餐厅提供中西式融合餐饮，厨师相当有巧思，每一道上桌的料理摆盘细致入微，缤纷色彩让人食欲大开，食材用料新鲜，烹煮的火候和调味也掌握得当。开胃的南瓜浓汤让我难忘，淡淡的姜味奶香和南瓜在嘴里化开，口感软绵味道清甜。主菜的烤鸡和石斑鱼皆用不同的香料调味，给平民化的食材肉类另一层次的升华，搭配石斑鱼的小茴香柠檬味奶油酱，散发浓郁可口的异国风味。不知怎么，在餐后吃些甜的东西，心情就会特别开心，感谢厨师为我们准备草莓芝士蛋糕和马卡龙当甜食。

The Chamber Restaurant provide both Chinese and western cuisine. Through the food the present to you, you can see that the chef put lots of effort into every dishes. Every plating of the dishes is on point, using only the fresh materials and also the control of furnace and flavor in a very perfect way. It's really appetizing.

The pumpkin soup served on that day really catch my heart. The combination cream and roasted pumpkin with a hint of ginger really open up my appetite. The creamy texture just melt in your mouth and it's naturally sweet in taste. There are 2 main dish served which is roasted chicken and grilled grouper taste superb too. Different t types of spices was used to make a some material taste so good. Don't know why, having a dessert after meal make you feel happy. Here we would like to thank the chef that prepare Freezie Strawberry Cheese Cake with Macaroon as our dessert that makes our lunch a happy ending.

吃完午餐，和亲切的主厨闲谈了一会儿，聊到究竟该保有何种态度理念才能长久经营一家餐厅。我们一致认同餐饮的专业高品质是一家餐厅地基本立足点，就像一棵扎根的树，得花心思灌溉培养，根基深固，树叶才能茂盛绽放百年。槟城红红火火的咖啡馆餐厅不少，卖点噱头吸引人，但是回头客不多，面临倒闭的也不少。我们的部落格写了不少餐厅，愿意再次光顾的都是提供优质餐饮的餐厅，认真的经营态度不会令你失望，反而每一次惊喜连连。

After our lunch, we had some conversation with the he chef where we talk about how to maintain a restaurant in such a competitive market. We come to an agreement that only those restaurant with quality and professional can survive for a long run. The concept as simple as you planting a tree. Where you need to put effort to take care of it so that it can grow.

Nowadays, there are so many cafe opened up in Penang. Each of them have their own attractive concept and selling point, but in the end how many customers are willing to come back for the second time. Most of the cafe will end up with ending their business. Our blog write about so many cafe and restaurant. The only things that makes us want to visit again is the story behind it. The owners that really put effort in running their business will not disappointed you. Yet it will brings you endless surprise.
