Viva Italiano buffer dinner provides huge variety of choices from appetiser, soup, hot item, pasta till dessert. Italian cuisine is well known for their variety. They pay attention on the raw materials that they use. All the seasoning is on point and is full of flavour. Most importantly, they believe in preserving the original taste of each ingredient. The well known Italian cuisine that everyone knows will be pizza and pasta. But it is a little bit disappointing that pizza is not in the buffet list.
