亞龍炒粿条 Ah Leng Char Koay Teow

在槟城要吃美味的炒粿条，是非常需要耐性的。咖啡店里坐满了客人，而几乎全部的客人都在等着同一档的食物，但却只有一人拿着锅铲在火炉上锵锵翻炒，你唯一能做的就是耐心等待。香味弥漫在空中，看着隔壁桌的客人夹起食物，自己忍不住咽了口口水，开始垂涎三尺，我想这是很多人的经验——也是槟城炒粿条的魅力。

The coffee shop will be full of customers that waiting patiently for just and only the "char koay teow".While you are waiting, you can the smell of char koay teow in the air. This make your saliva secretion temporary out of control. For sure all of you experience this before if you having famous char koay teow at penang. And this is the magic of Penang Char Koay Teow.

普通 Normal RM6.50

我带过许多外州的朋友吃槟城道地特色美食，有些可能不太合他们的口味，但是炒粿条却例外，他们痴迷爱上它，甚至日后常和我说他们想念槟城是因为炒粿条。亞龍炒粿条是我第一次光顾，味道不错，值得一试再试的那种，但是味道的喜好还是很主观的。

普通的亞龍炒粿条（RM6.50）配上新鲜的鸡蛋、蚶和两尾虾，而「特别加料」的亞龍炒粿条（RM10.50）则多配上两尾虾和四尾虾姑。若你想加些粿条或是鸭蛋，每个材料为 RM0.50。

Kim had bring lots of his friends from other states to taste Penang hawker food. Among all those hawker food, char koay teow get the highest score. They will start loving char koay teow and later become obsess with it. Then they will start missing Penang char koay teow when they went back their hometown. Ah Leng char koay teow is our first time visit, and for the taste just go and try it out. Since everyone taste palate is different.

For normal char koay toew (RM 6.50) with egg, blood cockle and 2 shrimps. For special char koay teow (RM 10.50) comes with 2 shrimps and 4 mantis shrimp. If you want to add koay teow or duck egg, they will charge you RM 0.50 each.

亞龍炒粿条在群香茶室，如果你没仔细寻找这间茶室，就会与它擦肩而过。我们驾着车子在太阳下兜好大一圈，最后决定停泊在Jalan Dato Keramat草场旁的一间添油站，问了油站店员才得知原来亞龍炒粿条就在隔壁街转角处的咖啡店里——群香茶室，还有副招牌：华园海鲜煮炒。

踏进咖啡店，这不就是前不久晚上我和家人来吃煮炒的地方吗？我竟不知道里面藏着一档驰名好吃的炒粿条。

Ah Leng char koay teow is located in Khoon Hiong cafe. If you do not find properly, you surely will miss it. When we are visiting there, we also could not find their cafe for the first time. After we driving round and round, we decided to park our car at a petrol station and ask the staff for the direction.

After we found the cafe, Kim just realize that he just pay a visit to here not long ago. And he did not know that Ah Leng char koay teow was located at here.
