红辣椒火锅 · 麻辣干锅 

麻辣香锅,独特的风味难于取代也难以忘怀。在中国短期留学,光顾某间重庆火锅馆,厨房把我们选的海鲜肉类蔬菜搭配五香油与调味料炒制,融入一锅,然后热腾腾火辣辣上桌。香辣口感适合下饭,刺激食欲,不过配料作料混在一块,筷子夹起便往口中送,也不知吃了什么,或是什么东西不该吃。花椒酥麻香辣的威力,特别难忘。

嚼到花椒,小壳子在嘴里爆裂开那刻,酥麻从舌尖蔓延至整个口腔,像微微触电慢慢遍布扩散,一时之间适应不了麻麻飘飘酥酥,下巴像掉了似不属于自己的。双颊无力一整天,还挺难受的,但是中国友人竟觉得这刺激令人飘飘欲仙,爽快喊赞。事后,我们只好合力睁大眼睛挑起一颗又一颗的花椒,才安心进食,那知花椒像地雷,躲藏得好,不易被发现。

Steamboat is one of our all-time favorite. When it comes to Si Chuan spicy steamboat, we just cannot resist it. All the spices that they use to make their soup are so pungent in smell and taste. If we talk about this steamboat, Si Chuan pepper will be the star among all the spices. It unique taste that we make your tongue numb if you accidentally bite it is just too awesome. Overall, this is our favorite steamboat after all. Tom yam steamboat have to be in second place for sure.

红辣椒火锅馆外观是中国古典建筑设计大门,大红灯笼串联而挂,颇有架势,室内则以中国木刻屏风窗花为重点设计,店员套上了店小二的简朴装束,若不说,还以为置身在中国某小街巷子里用餐。我们店选了鸳鸯锅——鲜虾干锅与猪骨汤,在配料纸上勾勾点点,上来便是一桌的丰富。我喜欢这里提供几十种蘸料,可按照喜好的口味搭配,芝麻葱花沙茶酱滴上醋又是一小碟惊喜。红辣椒整体风味与风味不错,挺道地,不过也在这里不小心嚼了花椒,但就是没有第一次那种酥麻的无力感,是不是中国的花椒比较呛呢?


Hong La Jiao Steamboat have a Chinese classical design that you will feel you was in China when you step into their shop. Their waiters also wear traditional cloths that you only saw it in those series or movie. It is so cool. That night, we choose a 2 sided pot with spicy shrimp pot and also pork bone soup. They also have variety of sauce that you can choose from. If you are creative enough, you can customize your own sauce.

后记:

我们这群人很少一起围炉,难得在农历新年齐聚,便相约前往红辣椒火锅馆品尝近期火红的麻辣干锅。围炉围成一个圈子相聚,很是滋味,彼此的感情交流就像锅里的汤底,越熬越香浓入味。一勺一匙入口,吃着美味,吃着暖和,吃着小时候那单纯无邪让人亲近的味道,仿佛不需掏心掏肺,也能畅谈天南地北聊个尽兴,话匣子水流一般涌出。
