槟城E&O酒店的斋戒月自助餐主题是「Selera Kampung」，从开胃菜至主菜和甜品，涵盖多元种族的美食佳肴。户外廊道上的亚答摊子主打马来风味食物（备注：餐厅每日菜单会有更动），先是看到喷香浓郁的炭烤全羊、沙爹肉串、咖喱螃蟹、斋戒鸡粥、印度煎饼及咖喱酱、木果鲜虾沙拉、本土饮料和拉茶。

除了色香味俱全的传统马来食物，自助餐当然少不了生猛海鲜、日本刺身和寿司。斋戒月期间，自助餐除了供应西式沙拉外，还有东南亚开胃菜，和马来沙拉（Ulam）搭配叁巴酱（Sambal Belacan）。主食方面选择多元，包括现烤海鲜、烤鸭、烤肉等。若喜欢热腾腾的炒食，可以到天妇罗、亚洲面食、本地点心、中式炖熬专柜走一走。最后，端上各式样的马来糕点、香枣，配红豆冰和煎堆，甜甜腻腻饱餐一顿。

This year E&O hotel come out with the theme of SELERA KAMPUNG Buka Puasa buffet. You can easily know from the theme where they will serve mainly Malay cuisine starting from appetizer to dessert. Not to worry if you are not so into Malay cuisine. They also serve other variety of food too. The signature of Malay dishes such as BBQ whole roast Australia lamb, chicken & lamb & beef satay, curry crab, chicken porridge, roti canai, papaya salad and the teh tarik you wouldn’t want to miss.

Other that delicious Malay cuisine, fresh seafood, Japanese sushi and sashimi is also one of the staple in a buffet. During this fasting month, other that western salad and Southeast Asia appetizer, they also serve Ulam with Sambal Belacan. Main course include grilled seafood, roasted duck, grilled meat, etc. You also can get tempura, freshly cooked noodle, dim sum or hot soup too. Last but not least, dessert such as kurma, ais kacang, cendol and variety of kuih are ready to serve those with sweet tooth. For your information, they will change their buffet menu every day.
