马来西亚天气炎热，但是热腾腾的火锅馆却越开越多，可见本地人对火锅的钟爱。我特别喜欢在夜里品尝火锅，闻着浓郁清香的火锅汤底，桌上摆满丰富多样的食材配料，相约朋友家人围桌而坐，一同开心热闹用餐。大家吃得随性自在，话匣子打开也像汤底一样沸腾，放入各种食材，越熬越入味，独特的风味是彼此感情交流的味觉记忆，复杂而多感。

Malaysia has summer all year long and mostly we will experience hot weather. There are some interesting phenomena happen recently which is more and more steamboat restaurant opened up. This is a little bit unusual because normally people won’t eat steamboat in summer. Malaysian seem like really have a unique love toward steamboat. I personally like to eat steamboat during night time, especially together with my friend and family. I have to admit that this is the best time for us to communicate with each other. The best part is you can order table full of different ingredient and have a satisfy dinner.

我们一月中旬到访营业不久的皇火锅，餐厅挂着红灯笼，环境整齐简洁，甲骨文壁纸和仿古雕墙的装潢增添了浓浓的中式风味。三层楼的建筑设有孩童游乐区、独立宽敞的包厢和户外用餐区。皇火锅的汤底选择包括麻辣、东炎、番茄、清补、牛奶芝士和药材；麻辣干锅则可以选择虾、田鸡、螃蟹和鸡肉；配料方面多样，包括海鲜、鸡牛猪羊类食材、丸子菇类、蔬菜和煎炸小吃等。

我们点了一份麻辣干锅虾和清补汤锅，清补汤锅的味道鲜甜香烫，百搭各种食材，麻辣干锅颜色艳红，辣香浓郁，衬托出虾只的新鲜滋味。相较于其他火锅馆，皇火锅的干锅给味蕾带来痛快的辣感刺激。火锅的美味除了来自于食材与汤底，还有特定的沾酱，皇火锅提供多余越二十种沾酱，让顾客自行调制，以便配搭不同的食材。值得一提的是皇火锅新开张，营业人手稍微不足，导致点单或食材不够和出现状况，但亲切和贴心的服务态度让人感觉温暖，弥补小小的不足。

We had paid a visit to Huang steamboat restaurant last few weeks. The restaurant is very clean and has an oriental decoration in it. This 3 stories restaurant has a playground for your kids, private room if you want to have some privacy and also outdoor dining area. Huang steamboat restaurant have wide varieties of broth for you to choose which include spicy soup pot, tomyam soup pot, tomato soup pot, tonic soup pot, cheese milk soup pot, herbal tonic soup pot and Spicy grilled prawn, chicken, frog or crab.

We had order a grilled prawn pot and tonic soup pot. The tonic soup is so flavorful and can go well with any ingredients. While grilled prawn pot is spicy and pungent. Beware that it is really spicy. Other than that, dipping sauce is also very important. Huang steamboat restaurant have more than 20 different dipping sauces available. You can custom made your own dipping sauce according to your personal liking. I would like to praise their staff which they provide excellent service under such a huge crowd. They are very friendly and always ready to help whenever you need them. Good job to all their staff.
