听闻槟城本地出产的小田佳园凤梨酥已久，只是一直以来没机会品尝，今天能来到小田佳园也是有因缘际会的。在一次偶然的机遇中与部落客阿宝相识，那时时间仓促，加上另有目的，也没聊上几句，唯有日后偶尔通过脸书和部落联系。话题谈开了，我想我们对待生活某个层面的态度是相似重叠的，便想说得找个时间与阿宝聚聚，好好的认识与交流，就这样，小田佳园成了我们约见的地点。

We had knowing Gartien Penang long time ago but we always do not have the chance to taste it. Finally we had the opportunity to visit Gartien Penang and taste their famous pineapple cake. Story start from the time we first met Penang blogger, Ah Pou. Due to time constraint and also each of us have our own busy schedule, we do not have much time to chat and know each other. The only way we keep contact is through facebook and blog. Slowly we become closer and know each other more, we feel like we have lots of similarity in life. So, we decide to meet again and Gartien Penang becomes our first outing destination.

我并不是第一口就爱上小田佳园的凤梨酥，当下配着乌龙茶的清芬香气，觉得这家的凤梨酥口味还不赖，直到带了一盒回家，仔细品尝后才尝出它的美味。凤梨酥好不好吃的关键在于内陷，有好吃的凤梨馅，才会有好吃的凤梨酥。纯手工烘焙的小田佳园凤梨酥采用本地种植凤梨，果馅甜味适中，细致连丝，口感真实，而且不粘牙。奶油饼皮与内陷的厚度比例刚好，皮薄馅多的丰富口感让人回味。

小田佳园的凤梨酥以新鲜和健康为主，不添加任何人工合成的防腐剂，所以保质期不长，大约可收藏一个月左右，最好能在出炉不久内品尝，才能捉住凤梨和奶香的精华美味。虽说凤梨酥起源于台湾，但经过小田佳园的用心烘培，融合本地凤梨的原味芬芳，如今已成为槟城本土特色的伴手礼。阿宝说，这糕点应该叫做黄梨酥，才能和台湾凤梨酥做出品牌上的区别，但我想这阳光下与大地上自然长成的一大片凤梨，应该不会在乎自己叫什么，无论制成什么，用心思最好最动人。

I did not fell in love to their Gartien Penang pineapple cake on the first bite. That time my first impression is like just ok by pairing it with a cup of oolong tea. I truly love it is when I bring a box of Gartien Penang pineapple cake back home and slowly taste it. A piece of good pineapple cake is depends on the pineapple filling. Gartien Penang chooses our local produced pineapple and strictly select the best pineapple to make their pineapple filling. Since it is 100% made from pineapple, you will feel the texture of pineapple fiber when you chew it. Together with the perfect ratio of butter pastry, here it is the flavorful pineapple cake that makes you crave for.

Gartien Penang emphasize on baking their pineapple cake fresh and in healthy way. The owner insists not to add any preservative in their pineapple cake. So, it is best to eat it around a few days when it is freshly bake because it will expire in one month time. Although pineapple cake is a famous souvenir from Taiwan, but Gartien Penang had successfully make it as one of our Penang must buy souvenir too.

这个午后时光短暂美好，我们因私事而耽误了见面的时间，到了小田佳园，看到阿宝独自作画，心里很是过意不去，但很快就搭上话，熟络了起来。这个不愿在照片上露脸的女孩个性亲切温和，喜欢分享，总是能乐观对待生活，也懂得忙里偷闲。暇余时间在房子的小天台种植绿物，用部落格的文字来捕捉和纪念那些稍纵即逝的美好，为给读者一份小确幸。我期待下一次的相聚，也把一首海子的诗歌送给她，或者说用来形容她的气质。
