马来西亚天气炎热，但是热腾腾的火锅馆却越开越多，可见本地人对火锅的钟爱。我特别喜欢在夜里品尝火锅，闻着浓郁清香的火锅汤底，桌上摆满丰富多样的食材配料，相约朋友家人围桌而坐，一同开心热闹用餐。大家吃得随性自在，话匣子打开也像汤底一样沸腾，放入各种食材，越熬越入味，独特的风味是彼此感情交流的味觉记忆，复杂而多感。
Malaysia has summer all year
long and mostly we will experience hot weather. There are some interesting
phenomena happen recently which is more and more steamboat restaurant opened
up. This is a little bit unusual because normally people won’t eat steamboat in
summer. Malaysian seem like really have a unique love toward steamboat. I
personally like to eat steamboat during night time, especially together with my
friend and family. I have to admit that this is the best time for us to
communicate with each other. The best part is you can order table full of
different ingredient and have a satisfy dinner.
