FCC Angkor Cambodia is a French colonial style building that look really elegant and what even great is we stay here for 2 nights. During our first day of stay, we had chosen in room breakfast where we can enjoy our breakfast in our room. We can skip the fuss from walking all the way to the restaurant for breakfast. While the next day we had our breakfast at their restaurant. Their restaurant has a very relaxing vibes and is brightening up with natural sunlight. You can look at the streets around and also the pool while having your breakfast. FCC Angkor Cambodia provide very big portion of breakfast. We totally can’t finish it with the amount of food they served. There are also varieties of breakfast in the menu so that you can pick the one that you like. Their staff is very friendly and always ready to serve you. Having breakfast here before our journey is definitely a good kick start of the day.

金岩石是我们在暹粒入住的另一家酒店，现当代风格的小型精品酒店。服务人员相当有善，从登记到早餐招待都给予亲切的微笑和问候。餐厅提供简便的早餐菜单，包括传统的的柬式面食料理，西式的吐司面包沙拉等。懒洋洋的在宽敞的房间起身，洗刷打理后，一边吃早餐，一边感受清晨温暖的阳光照耀在户外泳池，度假的心情无比美好。
King rock Boutique Hotel is another hotel that we stay during our
trip. It is a small, cozy and stylish boutique hotel. Their staff is so nice
that they always smile at you when you look at them. They answer all your
question politely and provide all the information that you require. They
provide simple breakfast which includes traditional fried noodle or toast and
salad. You can jump straight into the pool after having your breakfast and
enjoy a good swim.

咖啡馆座落在小吴哥寺（Angkor Wat）正门的前方，步行几分钟便可抵达。外观是木制小红屋，四面屋顶是雕了传统图纹的三角形，里头环境舒适，除了餐点甜品，还有售卖当地的手工艺品。当时中午天气曝晒，我们各自点了喜爱的Blue Pumpkin雪糕口味解暑。他家以多口味的新鲜天然食材的自制雪糕和果汁冰糕（Sorbet）闻名，适合在行走疲累了，到这儿休息消磨时间，吃顿午餐补充体力，或是喝杯咖啡配小坐。
Angkor café is located right in front of Angkor Wat.
You just need to walk a few minutes then you surely can find the café. It is a
small wooden house with triangle roof that is crafted with their traditional
pattern. The inner dining area is very comfortable and aircond is available in
it which is very crucial. Other than dessert, they also sell some handmade
handicraft that made by local people. After a good walk and tour around Angkor
wat, we order our own favorite flavor of ice cream to cool us down. Blue Pumpkin
is famous with their huge variety of ice cream or sorbet that made from fully
natural ingredient. This is the place where you can have a short break and
enjoy some ice cream to cool you down before your next destination.

咖啡馆是一对姐妹Lauren和Cassie到暹粒定居后开始经营的，Srey一词也是柬埔寨语的姐妹。我们还未到访之前，就已深深地被咖啡馆的网站和氛围吸引。我欣赏这家店善待当地人的方式，他们聘请柬埔寨的学生，提供训练以让他们在经济和求学上取得平衡。食物方面，亦不让人失望，好咖啡搭配健康营养的餐点，顺便可以看到各路旅人窝在这小店开始一天的情景。楼上售卖文艺类的手工艺品，买了一个环保袋，店家装入用杂志折成的袋子，相当用心。
Sister Srey Café is run by Lauren and Cassie that
settle down at Cambodia. Srey is known as sibling is Khmer. Before our visit,
we already fall in love with this café and feel anticipated to visit it by
scrolling through their website. We admire how they treat the locals by hiring
those local students as their workers. They can get trained here and learn
while earning some money to help them financially. The food that they serve is
damn good with a healthy concept. You can see lots of foreigners in their café
too. The second floor is a shop that sells some handicraft.

嘟嘟车司机载我门来到暹粒郊区的小村庄：柬埔寨拳击的练习场，也是烹饪班的学习地点。厨娘老师的丈夫是的拳击教练，而她善用这个场地，建立了设备齐全的小厨房，搭起了高脚竹棚让人用餐，屋子周围则栽种了常用的蔬果和香料。打了招呼后，厨娘先带我们逛村落，在回来开始烹饪课。此地应该鲜少人知，整个下午的观光客只有我们。

Our tuk tuk driver fetch us to a village at outskirt
of Siem Reap: Cambodia boxing training center and also a cooking class. Our
chef is thoughtful enough to set up a small but well equipped kitchen in her
husband boxing training center. The house is surrounded with some vegetable and
herb which planted by the chef herself. After having a brief introduction, we
had been brought to have a tour around the village. Throughout our whole
activity, we realize that we are the only tourist inside the village. It seems
to be not so familiar to others and less popular activity when people visit
Siem Reap.

Cuisine Wat Damnak是唯一一家获得「亚洲五十最佳餐厅」的柬埔寨菜餐厅，料不到远离亚洲大都会的暹粒餐厅也能被英国著名饮食杂志《餐厅》发现（Restaurant Magzine），并借此机会登上国际的美食舞台。此行能在Cuisine Wat Damnak用餐，算是额外惊喜，除了对柬埔寨菜有基本认识之外，也达到了味蕾的高潮，圆满了这趟旅程。
Cuisine Wat Damnak is the
only restaurant in Cambodia that made it into Asia's 50 Best Restaurants
2016. Cuisine Wat Damnak had been discovered by the famous magazine and now it is well known
internationally. Having the opportunity to dine in Cuisine Wat Damnak is one of
the highlight of our Cambodia trip. We not only learn some basic of Cambodia
cuisine, we also had the opportunity to enjoy the elevated version of the
Cambodia cuisine.
